Service Not Entirely Restored

"Make it 10 (days without service), says TeleBlend customer Fred Potts. "Last Friday, Bill Fogg of Teleblend posted a reply after a comment I made on your blog. He sent an email follow up asking for a number where he could reach me. I sent my cell number and have sent follow up emails to him each day. The silence is deafening."

After ten full days without the ability to receive calls and several days of no contact, I found this email waiting on me this morning:

Dear Valued TeleBlend Customer

You have reported that your telephone service is not functioning properly. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are contacting you separately because we are currently working on your number. Your telephone service should be restored within 48-72 hours. Again, we thank you for your patience.

Sincerely,

Your TeleBlend Support Team
